Can I start with the Free plan and upgrade later?
Yes! You can start with the Free plan and upgrade to Basic anytime. Your data carries over when you upgrade.
What happens when I hit a limit on the Free plan?
You'll see a notification letting you know you've reached your limit. You can upgrade to Basic to get higher limits and monthly usage resets. Note that deleted items still count toward your lifetime limits on the Free plan.
How does billing work for the Basic plan?
The Basic plan is billed monthly at ₹499/month. You can cancel anytime and your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period.
Do uploads reset every month on the Basic plan?
On the Basic plan, monthly limits reset for PDF generations, image uploads, and Excel exports at the start of each billing cycle. Products, catalogues, and online stores are lifetime limits on all plans. The Free plan has lifetime limits for everything.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. The Basic plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees.
