This Privacy Policy explains how Photoship (Utility Gods) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the Photoship mobile app and web services.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, password, and organization details.
• Authentication data from Sign in with Apple or Google (limited to name and email as provided by those services).
• Usage data for service operations (feature usage, device and app diagnostics, IP address, and timestamps).
• Content you create in the app (catalogues, products, images, documents).

Sign in with Apple

Sign in with Apple allows you to hide your email address using Apple’s private relay option. We only receive the name and email address provided by Apple. We do not use Apple Sign In data for advertising or tracking.

How we use information

• Provide and operate the Photoship service.
• Authenticate users and maintain account security.
• Improve product performance and reliability.
• Support customer requests and troubleshooting.
• Moderate safety and policy compliance, including manual review of uploaded files by authorized admins when needed.

Content moderation and manual review

To keep Photoship safe, authorized admins may manually review files you upload, including PDFs, images, Excel files, and other documents, to check for nudity, sexually explicit material, or other inappropriate content that may violate our Terms.

We currently use a mix of automated signals and human review rather than a fully automated moderation system. If we find a policy violation, we may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, and notify you through in-app or email communication when appropriate.

Advertising and tracking

We do not track users across apps or websites for advertising without consent. We do not sell personal data.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are purchased on our web dashboard. The iOS app provides access to existing subscriptions linked to your account. Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on our servers.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app under Account → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your personal data and associated content from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
